The company recently inquired and learned that the Beijing Financial Court will conduct an announcement auction on the JD.com Judicial Auction Platform (website: 10,000 shares) from 10:00 on May 27, 2024 to 10:00 on May 28, 2024 (excluding delays).
According to reports, the controlling shareholder Enlightenment Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Enlightenment Service”) holds 71.0843 million shares of the company, accounting for 30% of the company's total shares and 4.99% of the company's total share capital.
If this judicial auction is finally completed, Enlightenment Service will passively reduce its shareholding ratio in the company. It will still directly hold 165.9 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.64% of the company's total share capital.
