Pearson plc (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson plc has announced the grant of performance-related restricted shares to its top executives, including the CEO and CFO, under the 2024 Long-Term Incentive Plan, which aligns with the remuneration policy approved by shareholders. The shares, subject to performance conditions, will vest in 2027 with an additional holding period extending to 2029. The number of shares awarded was based on the company’s share price average preceding the grant date.
