He will continue to serve as an executive director after the change; independent non-executive director Yue Dinglong has been reappointed as an executive director and succeeded Zhou Yi as chairman; Tian Wuchun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Legal Compliance Committee; and Mr. Ho Chi Wai has resigned as an executive director.
