This change in substantial holding occurred on May 2, 2024, with Trimboli now holding a total of 17,591,210 fully paid ordinary shares. The transactions included a significant purchase by Seefeld Investments Pty Ltd and two instances of shares being issued to Trimboli as director remuneration.
