Senti Biosciences, Inc. has announced significant changes in its executive team: Timothy Lu, the CEO and President, is taking over as the interim principal financial and accounting officer from May 4, 2024, until a permanent replacement is found or until he departs from the role. Yvonne Li steps in as the Interim Chief Financial Officer on the same date, after the filing of the company’s quarterly report. Li’s appointment comes with a consulting agreement that offers her $350 per hour up to $370,000. These strategic appointments aim to strengthen the company’s financial leadership.
