Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP has announced an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be conducted digitally on May 27, 2024. Shareholders will deliberate on amending the company’s bylaws to include authorized capital and indemnity contracts, reform the bylaws in anticipation of a public privatization offering, and convert state-held common shares into a special class, among other significant corporate changes.
