Barclays plc (GB:BARC) has released an update.
Barclays PLC has announced it will redeem its $2 billion 8% Fixed Rate Resetting Perpetual Subordinated Contingent Convertible Securities on June 15, 2024. The securities will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued interest, with payments made on the following business day, June 17, resulting in the cancellation of their listing on the London Stock Exchange’s ISM. Investors are advised to surrender their notes for payment at the specified Bank of New York Mellon location.
