All conditions for the placement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on May 2, 2024. A total of 31.451 million shares placed (accounting for approximately 3.77% of the company's extended issued share capital immediately after the placement was completed) were successfully placed by the placement agent to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$7.1 per share. These undertakers and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent of the Company and their related parties and are unrelated to the Company and its related parties.
