Draganfly Inc. has entered into an exclusive agreement with Maxim Group LLC to act as the sole placement agent on a ‘reasonable best efforts’ basis for the proposed sale of its common shares and warrants. This arrangement outlines the terms for a potential securities placement, but it does not guarantee the sale of securities or that Maxim will secure any financing for Draganfly. The agreement includes a commitment period where Draganfly will not offer additional securities without Maxim’s consent.
