Pearson plc (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has announced the buyback of 543,000 of its own shares at prices ranging from 974.40p to 986.20p, with an average cost of 981.10p per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated on 1 March 2024. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange via Citigroup Global Markets Limited, and the acquired shares are set to be cancelled.
