The board of directors has decided to remove the relevant provisions relating to the issuance and allocation of new shares under the share award plan (including for professional trustees appointed by the board of directors) from the share award plan, which will take effect from April 30, 2024. After the relevant terms are removed, the award shares will only include the company's existing shares acquired by the trustee in the market, and no new shares will be issued.
