RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 209,522 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will be held as treasury shares. The company now holds 32,322,115 treasury shares, with a total of 1,875,987,629 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This recent acquisition is part of a larger buy-back program, with RELX PLC having bought back 12,609,922 ordinary shares since the start of the year.
