Alpha FX (GB:ALPH) has released an update.
Alpha Group International plc has announced the upcoming transition of its ordinary shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to the main market of the London Stock Exchange on May 2nd, 2024, with delisting from AIM scheduled for the same date. No new shares will be offered in connection with the move, and the company urges shareholders to seek tax advice. The prospectus for the move, which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, will be available on Alpha’s website and the National Storage Mechanism.
