Zhitong Finance App News, China and Austria (01538) issued an announcement. It has received a court ruling dated April 17, 2024, and the court ordered (i) the first seller to pay the buyer the unpaid option price of RMB 305.655 million and related interest amount determined by the court within 10 days after the effective date of the judgment (based on the option price of RMB 20 million, 10% per annum, calculated from April 1, 2023 to the day of full payment) ;( ii) The first seller must pay the offending buyer within 10 days after the effective date of the judgment Contract fee (based on calculation by a method determined by the court); and (iii) the buyer is entitled to preferential payment of the proceeds from the auction or sale of the mortgaged property (including a home and 227 Tianyu Garden parking spaces).
