Aterian PLC has successfully sold a part of its Net Smelter Return Royalty from the HCK Project in Rwanda for £200,000 to Elemental Altus Royalties Corporation. This strategic move, advised by Collingwood Capital Partners AG, is geared towards reinforcing the company’s financial position and maximizing shareholder value. The sale is in line with Aterian’s strategy to optimize asset value and ensure sustainable growth amidst a challenging market.
