Gelonghui, April 28 | Xinning Logistics (300013.SZ) announced that after the audit, the company's net assets attributable to shareholders of listed companies at the end of the fiscal year 2023 were -136,665,904.19 yuan. According to section 10.3.1 (1) (2) of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules”, “the net assets at the end of the last fiscal year audited were negative, or the net assets at the end of the most recent fiscal year were negative after retrospective restatement”, and the company's stock transactions will be subject to a delisting risk warning. The lower of the company's net profit before and after deducting non-recurring profit and loss in the last three fiscal years was negative, and Shanghai Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) issued an unqualified audit report on the company's 2023 financial statements with significant uncertain sections and highlights relating to continuing operations. According to section 9.4 (6) of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules”, “The company's net profit before and after deducting non-recurring profit and loss in the last three fiscal years is negative, and the audit report for the most recent year shows that there is uncertainty about the company's ability to continue to operate”, the company's stock trading will be combined with other risk warnings. The company's stock trading will be suspended for one day on April 29, 2024. After resuming trading on April 30, 2024, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will implement delisting risk warnings and other risk warnings. The company's stock abbreviation will be prefixed with the word “*ST”.
