Gelonghui, April 28, 丨 Baida Precision (603331.SH) announced that the company plans to sign the “Zhejiang Baida Precision Co., Ltd. Investment Cooperation Agreement for the NEV Parts Intelligent Manufacturing Base Construction Project” with the Taizhou Bay New Area Management Committee. It plans to adopt Taizhou Baida Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the implementing entity. It plans to purchase land in Taizhou Bay New Area, Taizhou to invest in the construction of an intelligent manufacturing base for NEV parts. The total investment of the project is about 1,088 billion yuan (estimated), of which the fixed asset investment is about 1 billion yuan (estimated). The main products are automobile chassis control arms, compressed motor static disks for NEV air conditioners, and drive motor shafts for new energy vehicles. On April 26, 2024, the company held the 3rd meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 3rd meeting of the 5th board of supervisors to review and pass the “Proposal on Investing in the Construction of an Intelligent Manufacturing Base for New Energy Vehicle Parts”, agreeing that the company will invest in the construction of a new energy component production base. The bill still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration.
