On April 27, Ge Longhui Co., Ltd. (600325.SH) released its 2023 annual report. In 2023, the company achieved operating income of 72.145 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.35%; net profit of 3.465 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.96%; net profit to mother of 1,838 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 29.58%; and plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.70 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. During the reporting period, the company started a new construction area of 2,047,500 square meters and completed an area of 5.149,300 square meters. By the end of the reporting period, the company had land reserves with a planned construction area of 4.3399 million square meters and an area under construction of 11.898 million square meters.
