Riley Exploration Permian (REPX) has shared an announcement.
Amber Bonney has announced her resignation as Chief Accounting Officer of Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., effective June 1, 2024, and will transition to a consultancy role with the company. Jeffrey M. Gutman, with a strong financial background and previous executive roles in various energy firms, will succeed her. His comprehensive employment agreement includes a competitive salary with bonus and equity opportunities, as well as standard benefits, and restrictive covenants to protect the company’s interests. In other structural changes, the company is also removing certain executive positions to better align titles with responsibilities, with CEO Bobby D. Riley and Corey Riley taking on adjusted leadership roles.
