Kingfisher plc has announced the grant of nil-cost options to its Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan and the PSP French Free Share Sub Plan. The options to acquire ordinary shares are subject to performance conditions and continued employment, with a vesting period concluding three years from the grant date. These grants align with the Directors’ Remuneration Policy and are detailed in the company’s most recent Annual Report.
