According to Zhitong Finance App, Jinyong Investment (01328) announced that on April 26, 2024, the company plans to distribute and issue a total of 1,336 billion shares to various subscribers (Bailihong Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Yu Chuanming), accounting for about 10.41% of the company's expanded issued share capital. The subscription price of HK$0.02245 per share was discounted by approximately 19.82% from the closing price of HK$0.028 per share on April 26.
Once the subscription is completed, the total proceeds from the subscription are expected to be HK$30 million. The net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HK$29.6 million.
