Operating expenses were 789 million yuan, down 85 million yuan from the same period last year, or 9.76%. The cost-revenue ratio was 22.84%, down 4.06 percentage points from the same period last year.
The balance of non-performing loans was 5.392 billion yuan, up 180 million yuan from the end of the previous year; the non-performing loan ratio was 1.33%, down 0.01 percentage points from the end of the previous year; the provision coverage rate was 233.20%, down 0.98 percentage points from the end of the previous year.
