The principal amount was US$350 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 2.52 billion), and the expected annualized return was 5.37%. Prior to the JPM subscription, the Group had also subscribed for an unredeemed subscription with a capital amount of US$300 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 2.16 billion). The unredeemed subscription was a wealth management product issued by JPM, which was still not redeemed on the date of the JPM subscription. The terms were the same as the JPM subscription item (except for the principal amount). The JPM subscription items and the unredeemed subscription items were all redeemed on November 7, 2023. The Group uses its internal resources to conduct JPM subscription matters.
