Gelonghui, April 26 | Shanghai Industrial Environment (00807.HK) announced that according to the share transfer of shares of the group's subsidiary, the company indirectly holds 60% of its subsidiary Lianxi Water (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and has transferred 100% of its shares in Lianxi (Yingkou) Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. (Lianxi Yingkou) to its wholly-owned subsidiary Lianxi Water (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.
After the equity transfer was completed, Lianxi Yingkou became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lianxi Water (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. Lianxi Yingkou's company type was changed from a limited liability company (wholly owned by Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) to a limited liability company (wholly owned by a corporation).
In addition, Lianxi Yingkou's registered share capital was also changed from US$5.732 million to RMB 389.09 million.
