On April 26, GLONGHUI | Bank of Communications (03328.HK) issued an announcement regarding the Bank's issuance of RMB 45 billion of non-cumulative sustainable domestic preferred shares (“domestic preferred shares”) with a phased dividend ratio of RMB 45 billion on September 13, 2016. The board of directors met on April 26, 2024 and agreed on the following distribution plan and authorization matters: (i) the current domestic preferred stock dividend rate of 4.07%, with a total dividend of RMB 1,831.5 billion; (ii) according to the domestic preferred stock terms, the current dividend payment date is September 9, 2024; (iii) authorize the Bank's senior management or its authorized representatives to handle specific dividend distribution matters.
