Ms. Huang Huimin has submitted her resignation and immediately resigned as the company's CEO and Executive Director to develop other personal matters. Ms Wong Wai Man will immediately serve as an advisor to the Board until the rest of this calendar year. Ms Wong Wai-man is no longer a member and authorized representative of the Company's Risk Management Committee (with respect to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules and Part XVI of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with immediate effect.
Following the resignation of Ms. Wong Wai-man, the functions of the company's CEO will also be taken over by the leadership committee. Currently, the members of this committee are composed of Dato' Sri Tse Ching-hai and Mr So Chun-ki. The company will begin searching for a successor to this position.
Mr. So Chun-ki was appointed as an authorized representative on the same day to replace Ms Wong Wai-man.
