During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 3.201 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.61%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 72.395 million yuan, an increase of 35.29%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies deducted 65.9012 million yuan from non-recurring profits and losses, an increase of 79.36% over the previous year; basic earnings per share were 0.16 yuan/share.
In 2023, it is proposed to distribute dividends to all shareholders in cash on the basis of a total share capital of 459,070,924 shares, with a cash dividend of 0.59 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares.
