GameWith <6552> announced on the 24th that GameWith ARTERIA, which is a joint venture with Arteria Networks, and Yomiuri Advertising have collaborated to jointly develop an in-house community revitalization program “company e-sports day (company e-sports day)” utilizing e-sports.

The program not only involves real participation at the venue, but also promotes exchanges between employees through hosting and distribution of in-house e-sports tournaments that can be participated remotely, and solves internal communication issues faced by companies.

In the modern age where diversification of work styles is progressing more and more, such as the establishment of remote work, it is said that opportunities for internal communication are declining. In particular, declining sense of belonging and building relationships have become issues centered around Gen Z, and while there are not a few companies that are worried about management and personnel departments, we have developed an “in-house e-sports tournament” program “company e-sports day” that can be participated remotely to solve such corporate issues. A game that can be played by anyone, from beginners to advanced players, whether working from home, on a business trip, or being assigned to a regional or overseas branch office, has been developed as an in-house field day for a new era.

As a community revitalization measure using e-sports, we are developing programs that can be implemented not only for companies, but also outside of the company. A wide range of events will continue to be developed in the future, such as an event “building e-sports day” that crosses office building tenants, and a “condominium-like e-field day” aimed at community development in condominiums.
