Guangdong Investment (00270) announced results for the three months ended March 31, 2024. The group achieved revenue of HK$6.389 billion during the period, an increase of 19.8% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$1,272 billion, a decrease of 0.9% over the previous year.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is mainly due to the increase in revenue from property investment and business development.
