Contact Gold Corp (TSE:C) has released an update.
Contact Gold Corp has received approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia for its business combination with Orla Mining Ltd., with the transaction set to close on or around April 29, 2024. This deal will result in Contact Gold shareholders receiving 0.0063 of an Orla share for each share they hold. Post-transaction, Contact Gold’s shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTCQB Venture Market.
