Glonghui, April 25 | Yunnan Construction Investment Concrete (01847.HK) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PricewaterhouseCoopers”) is the company's 2023 overseas auditor. It reviews the company's financial statements prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards, while PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (“PwC”) is the company's 2023 domestic auditor. According to the requirements for rotation of auditors, the company plans to replace auditors after agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Following review and resolution at the board meeting, the board of directors recommended Shinaga Zhonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (“Shinaga Zhonghe”) as the winning bidder for the project and recommended the appointment of Shinaga Zhonghe as the company's 2024 auditor.
