On the same day, the company and Shenzhen Hantang Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with regard to the proposal to invite consulting services for enterprise value management; and for Hantang Capital, which has professional corporate value management consulting service capabilities, explores long-term value with the goal of continuous group growth and long-term value as the direction, and also carries out one-stop employee shareholding plan (ESOP) options management and other services.
