Gelonghui, April 25, 丨 Telecom Digital Holdings (06033.HK) announced that the company signed a cumulative stock put option contract with HSBC on April 25, 2024 through Jinwang Digital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), with a nominal amount of approximately HK$12.921 million (excluding transaction fees).
On the date of this announcement, the directors confirmed that (i) the Group did not have any outstanding cumulative stock put options contracts other than the cumulative put options contracts mentioned above; (ii) the Group owns a sufficient number of HKEx shares to fulfill the cumulative put options contract.
