The Hong Kong Buildings Department approved a total of 14 building plans in February, including 5 for Hong Kong Island, 4 for Kowloon and 5 for the New Territories; these include 9 residential and commercial developments, 2 commercial developments, and 3 community service developments.

The Zhitong Finance App learned that in February, the Hong Kong Buildings Department approved a total of 14 building plans, including 5 for Hong Kong Island, 4 for Kowloon and 5 for the New Territories; these include 9 residential and commercial developments, 2 commercial developments, and 3 community service developments.

Fourteen construction projects have been approved to commence. After completion, it will provide a total floor area of 118,577 square meters for residential use, involving 2,755 units, and a total floor area of 1379.06 million square meters for non-residential use. In addition, the Hong Kong Buildings Department has also been notified of commencement of superstructure work on 4 construction projects.

The Hong Kong Buildings Department also issued 15 entry slips, including 4 for Hong Kong Island, 4 for Kowloon and 7 for the New Territories. Among them, the floor area for residential use is 347.31 million square meters, with a total of 1,756 units; the floor area for non-residential use is 128.81 million square meters. The total price of newly completed buildings in February was about 4.7 billion yuan. In addition, the Hong Kong Buildings Department approved six demolition projects involving 6 buildings/other buildings.
