Fourteen construction projects have been approved to commence. After completion, it will provide a total floor area of 118,577 square meters for residential use, involving 2,755 units, and a total floor area of 1379.06 million square meters for non-residential use. In addition, the Hong Kong Buildings Department has also been notified of commencement of superstructure work on 4 construction projects.
The Hong Kong Buildings Department also issued 15 entry slips, including 4 for Hong Kong Island, 4 for Kowloon and 7 for the New Territories. Among them, the floor area for residential use is 347.31 million square meters, with a total of 1,756 units; the floor area for non-residential use is 128.81 million square meters. The total price of newly completed buildings in February was about 4.7 billion yuan.
