Gelonghui, April 25 | Guomai Culture (600640.SH) announced that in 2023, the company achieved operating income of 2,385 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.1%; realized net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 205 million yuan, turning a loss into a profit, an increase of 205 million yuan over the previous year. The year-on-year decline in revenue was mainly to meet industry trends, promote business quality improvement, accelerate digital transformation, and speed up the clean-up and adjustment of some stocks and non-strategic core businesses, and solidify the foundation for subsequent business improvement; at the same time, the company focused on its main business, continuously optimized the business structure and operating model, and deepened key products around the five major business lines. On the other hand, with the recovery of the industry, corporate service businesses such as hotels, exhibitions, and business travel have all improved, building momentum for healthy subsequent business growth. In terms of improving profits, the first is that during the year, the company adopted a number of measures to improve business quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
