Zhitong Finance App News, Collaborative Communications (01613) announced that the Group is expected to make a net loss of not less than HK$10 million for the year ended March 31, 2024. It did not consider further valuation or impairment assessments, while net losses of approximately HK$43.7 million were recorded in the same period in 2023.
The Board believes that the anticipated reduction in net losses is mainly due to the Group's two main business segments (namely Building Intelligence and Control Systems), which both achieved partial profit in fiscal year 2024 and segment losses in the same period of 2023.
