Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited has disclosed a minor increase in its issued share capital, with the issuance of 70,000 ordinary shares, equating to a 0.08% increase from the previous total. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of share options by employees under the company’s Employee Share Option Scheme III. The issue price was set at HKD 2.61 per share, representing a 17.92% discount to the preceding day’s closing market price.
