Gelonghui, April 24, 丨 Shenzhen Expressway Co., Ltd. (00548.HK) announced that the company plans to issue the first ultra-short-term financing note in 2024 on April 25, 2024. The issuance scale is RMB 1.5 billion, and the period is 180 days. The funds raised are all intended to be used as financing instruments to repay the company's maturing debts. The issuance targets are institutional investors in the national interbank bond market (except those prohibited by national laws and regulations). The lead underwriter organizes an underwriting group to publicly distribute at face value using centralized bookkeeping and filing methods. The lead underwriter and bookkeeping manager for this issue of the ultra-short finance offering is Ping An Bank, and the co-lead underwriter is Guangfa Bank.
