CRH plc has announced the repurchase of its ordinary shares on April 23, 2024, with a total of 43,958 shares bought back at an average price of $78.5517, ranging between $77.60 and $78.97 per share. These transactions are part of a larger $300 million share buyback program set to conclude by May 9, 2024. Following the buyback and cancellation of the acquired shares, CRH’s total issued ordinary shares will be 686,922,348, and it will hold 41,195,225 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.
