Maximus Resources Limited (ASX: MXR) has requested an immediate trading halt for its securities on the ASX, in anticipation of an upcoming announcement regarding a capital raise through an Entitlement Issue. The halt will remain in effect until either the announcement is made public or trading resumes on Monday, 29 April 2024. The company has confirmed that there are no other reasons for the trading halt that need to be disclosed to the market.
