Gelonghui, April 23 | China Tower (00788.HK) announced that Mr. Chen Li was appointed as the company's general manager. Mr. Chen's term as general manager of the company will take effect from April 23, 2024 until the end of the term of the third board of directors of the company.
The board of directors further announced that the board of directors recommended the appointment of Mr. Chen as the company's executive director, subject to approval by the company's shareholders. Its term of office takes effect from the date of approval by shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders of the company and ends on the date the term of the third board of directors of the company ends.
