Abcourt Mines (TSE:ABI) has released an update.
Abcourt Mines Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising an additional $915,500 through the issue of over 18 million units. The proceeds are intended to further develop the Sleeping Giant Gold Project and for general corporate purposes. Shareholders are scheduled to meet to discuss the creation of a new Control Person, with final approval pending for a third tranche of the placement.
