The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 31 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.097 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$2.96 million, which is intended to be used as general working capital for the Group's operations outside of China.
