ITMAX System Bhd is partnering with JCorp's unit, JLand Group Sdn Bhd (JLG), to explore smart city and integrated facilities management solutions for township and industrial park developments.
Through its subsidiary Southmax Sdn Bhd, ITMAX has signed an MoU with JLG to establish collaboration principles and framework.
They aim to finalise a joint venture agreement and set up a joint venture company for the partnership.
ITMAX specialises in smart city systems, while JLG operates in estate and infrastructure.
The collaboration seeks to provide sustainable smart city solutions, integrating machine learning, AI, and smart city technologies for Malaysian communities.
JCorp anticipates unlocking new avenues for progress, combining cutting-edge solutions with eco-friendly practices for efficient urban development.
The partnership aims to improve user experiences within developments, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to stakeholders' needs.
