Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) plans to purchase an industrial complex and open storage yard in Klang, Selangor, for RM351.8 million from Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd.

安讯士房地产投资信托基金(Axis-REIT)计划以3.518亿令吉的价格从Amsteel Mills私人有限公司购买位于雪兰莪州巴生的工业综合体和露天存储场。

The acquisition is a strategic move in line with Axis-REIT's investment objectives, aiming to provide stable income distribution and drive growth in net asset value for its unitholders.

此次收购是一项符合Axis-REIT投资目标的战略举措,旨在为其单位持有人提供稳定的收益分配并推动净资产价值的增长。

The properties are situated within the prime industrial area of Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Raja, benefiting from excellent connectivity to major highways.

这些物业位于武吉拉贾Kawasan Perindustrian的主要工业区内,得益于与主要高速公路的良好连接。

Upon completion of the acquisition, Axis-REIT expects to significantly enhance its presence in Bukit Raja, with properties covering a total land area of 119.12 acres. While one of the properties is anticipated to positively impact the fund's earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, the other is expected to contribute rental income towards the end of 2025.
