C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc, a notable beverage company, has reported the purchase of 40,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 163.20p per share on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be subsequently cancelled as part of the company’s ongoing Buyback Programme, which aims to repurchase up to €15 million worth of shares by the end of June 2024. After these transactions, C&C Group’s total number of shares in issue will be reduced to 390,371,412.
