Zhitong Finance App News, Jinmao Service (00816) announced that since April 22, 2024: (i) Zhou Liye has resigned as the company's executive director, chief financial officer, and member of the Strategy and ESG Committee due to the need to invest more energy in other duties; (ii) Zhao Jinlong was appointed by the board of directors as the company's executive director, chief financial officer, and a member of the Strategy and ESG Committee; and (iii) after Zhou Liye resigned as the company's executive director, he no longer serves as the company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the listing rules.
