(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), will publicly issue corporate bonds (the first issue) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) to professional investors in 2023 to pay interest from April 24, 2023 to April 23, 2024.
The coupon interest rate for the current bond type 1 “23 GF 04” is 3.06%. The current interest payment will be RMB 30.60 (tax included) per lot (face value of 1,000 yuan), and “23 GF 04” will pay interest of RMB 30.60 (tax included). After tax deduction, the actual interest paid per lot by individuals and securities investment fund bondholders was 24.48 yuan; the actual interest paid per lot by non-resident enterprises (including QFII and RQFII) was 30.60 yuan. The coupon interest rate for the current bond type 2 “23 GF 05” is 3.21%. The current interest payment will be RMB 32.10 (tax included) for each lot (face value of 1,000 yuan) of “23 GF 05”. After tax deduction, the actual interest paid per lot by individuals and securities investment fund bondholders was 25.68 yuan; the actual interest paid per lot by non-resident enterprises (including QFII and RQFII) was 32.10 yuan.
