Britvic plc has announced the acquisition of shares by Directors Simon Litherland and Rebecca Napier under the company’s Share Incentive Plan, with both executives purchasing and being allocated matching shares at a price of 834.00 pence per share. The transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, have resulted in Litherland holding a 0.18% stake and Napier holding a negligible percentage of the issued share capital.
