On the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors decided to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as the company's new auditor. The term of office will take effect after Lixun Dehao retires from the annual general meeting of shareholders until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
